Born and raised in the city of Hyderabad, Srinivas Korra has a Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts from the reputed Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad voted among the top ten best schools in Asia. While attending college, Srinivas won 1st place in the National level chef competition at Christ University, Bangalore. The next two years after graduation, Srinivas worked at the Oberoi Grand to continue honouring his culinary skills.
April 2015, Srinivas made his way to America as a chef for the Winstar Casino where he continued to serve a variety of international dishes to guests. Over the past 5 years, Srinivas has continued moving up in his career at multiple restaurants and throughout America. While working for other chefs, Srinivas stayed focus on his life goal of opening his own brand. On his days off he would promote pop-ups or organize events for celebrity dinners with his unique recipes.
Now, starting 2021 we are excited to announce Srinivas has accomplished the first part of his life goal and opening a kitchen that will provide desi dishes with influences from his home in Hyderabad to share with America and anyone who is visiting the Vegas area. Utilizing flavors from afar, 10+ years of culinary training and experience, and Srinivas passion for the art, his dishes are sure to wow the tastebuds of all.
